I leased a dining room table on 7/15/19, by eric, he said would give me $69 for 18 months, when was delivered 7/16/19 , found it was 24 months, and it was the FLOOR MODEL!!! I was livid, and toake things worse the delivery person said the furniture is used so it was probably had previously by another customer! RIDICULOUS!!! The elder delivery man called the office and spoke to the assistant manager (female African American woman) she said only upper management could go e me 18 months at that amount, but she could take 2 months off the 24 month period, WOW! A whole $140! I am very upset at this experience, i wouldn't recommend anyone to Aaron's after this experience! Unless i get a new table at 18 months at $69 like Eric offered me, i dont want this dining table, and wont lease anything from them going forward!!! Be cautious when dealing with them and be sure you verify they are not delivering to you the floor model (used)!! Very disappointed!!
